My journey with cheese has taken me from hands-on cheesemaking and affinage to judging at international competitions and learning directly from artisan producers in the United States, the United Kingdom and France.
I founded Mrs. Platters to make artisan cheese approachable, enjoyable and accessible to everyone. Through education, guided tastings, cheesemaking workshops and immersive travel experiences, I help people discover the craftsmanship, traditions and stories behind every cheese.
Whether you're joining your very first tasting or deepening your knowledge, my goal is simple: to inspire curiosity, build confidence and connect people through cheese.
